This course focuses on the topic of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). For the practical implementation of the content, the newest solution of the world market leader in the field of business software – SAP S/4HANA – is used.
SAP ERP is currently the most commonly used standard operating software worldwide. With S/4HANA, however, the successor based on the SAP HANA database is already in the starting blocks. This course aims to prepare students for current and future challenges in dealing with this complex subject area. The SAP S/4HANA enterprise software provides a comprehensive insight into the theoretical foundations of Enterprise Resource Planning and shows the decisive innovations in the S/4HANA system.
Using case studies on integrated business processes, which the students actively carry out in an S/4HANA system, the theoretical knowledge is then practically implemented and deepened. The theoretical basis and the case studies cover practically the entire range of core areas (ECC) of the S/4HANA systems. As a result, participants in this course will gain a comprehensive overview of the functional areas of the S/4HANA system: Logistics (LO), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO) and Human Capital Management (HCM).
For accessing the SAP system, SAP‘s next-generation user interface FIORI UX is used. Students will become acquainted with the new architecture, design and mode of operation of this innovative UI. In addition, integration points to SAP Hybris (CRM), SAP Ariba (Procurement), and SAP Success Factors (HR) are presented.
The participants are furthermore also prepared for the original certificate exam of SAP's own course TS410. Participants can take the SAP Consultant Certificate Exam (C_TS410_1610) after completing the course.
